- The time it takes to fulfill a request can vary, as our admin team members handle them when available. We are humans, not robots. Requests may sometimes be fulfilled instantly, but it can take up to 24 hours at most.
- How will I know when my request is fulfilled?
- You will be notified if you provide your email address in the option provided on the 'Request an Audiobook' form. Otherwise, you’ll need to check the website regularly to see if your requested audiobooks have been added.
- Is there a limit to the number of audiobook requests I can make?
- There is no limit to the number of audiobook requests you can make.
- Can I download audiobooks from the website?
- At this time, we only offer streaming and have no plans to introduce downloads in the future.
- Are there any apps to listen to audiobooks on my iOS or Android devices?
- Yes, there are. Please check your welcome emails for information. If you haven’t received one, please message admin for details.
- Can I have more than one account?
- Our website enforces a strict one-account-per-user policy, and account sharing or multiple accounts are not permitted. Users found in breach of this policy will have all associated accounts terminated immediately.
We kindly ask you to consider other users who are patiently waiting for an invitation spot. By creating multiple accounts, you have unfairly occupied spots that could have gone to others.
If you are already a member of the site and someone else in your household wishes to sign up, you must consult the admin team. All submissions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. - Can I use a VPN to access the site?
- Once you are accepted to the audiobooks website, you may use a VPN as you please. However, during the signup process, do NOT use a VPN if you want to be accepted to our site. This is because we receive numerous spam submissions daily from VPN users attempting to circumvent rules or create multiple accounts, which is not tolerated. Please note that if you attempt to sign up to our website via a VPN, you will not receive a response due to this policy and you may find yourself blocked permanently.
Once you receive your invitation email, you agree to use the site actively for streaming, as intended. This site is not designed for casual browsing; we prioritize access for users who genuinely engage with the service. Please be aware that spots are limited, and our system automatically removes inactive users to make room for others.
If you plan to be away, we can place your account on hold for a short period, just reach out to the admin team. If your account is removed for inactivity, you may contact us to request reinstatement; however, please note that this is a one-time allowance. To be fair to others waiting for access, please do not request additional invitations.
